Corporate Expect Success Teleseminar Series

If your organization is interested in customizing the Expect
Success training program to meet your specific situation(s) then
this is the option for you. While you will receive all the same
benefits as the training for individuals the structure is a little
different.
We can work together in a few different ways to customize
and bring Expect Success to you. We are very flexible as everyone's
needs are different.

We can work with a specific employee segment. For example,
managers, sales people, customer service, human resources,
etc.

We can 'generalize' the training to fit your entire organization.

We can build a message around your corporate's vision and mission.

We can do just about anything that fits best for you and your

PLEASE NOTE: Instead of three 1-hour sessions
all corporate trainings are one session lasting approximately 70-75
minutes. Its a more focused approach that fits the needs of most
companies better than trying to organize several different and consecutive
training days.
How a typical corporate teleseminar works:

We will have at least 1-2 pre-teleseminar sessions to customize
the content. Of course, you will have final approval prior to
implementing the teleseminar series.

Most often the pre-sessions are conducted with a handful of
company representatives that have the vision and guidance to
guide the implementation of this training.

Once the content is approved for delivery and dates are set
we can conduct the teleseminar in one of two ways.

Smaller group of 5-30 people (Recommended). This is effective
when you want to focus on just once department of your
company. Even if you want the message delivered company
wide this is usually the best option.

Open to the entire company. This is not recommended for
several reasons. One of them being that everyone usually
can't attend at the same time. However, to ensure that
EVERYONE in your company gets the message we can offer
the following:

designed, recorded and edited CDs to give to your employees.

In addition to the CD you will receive access to all workbooks
and any other supplemental we decide is important for your training.

This program is very similar to the ones listed above. The biggest
difference and advantage is that we focus on one very specific
career field. For example, sales people, managers, customer service,
human resources, etc.
The Job/Career Specific Training program uses the core principles
and messages from Expect Success but with a laser focus on your
specific role in your company and/or career.
Instead of generalizing thoughts and ideas we focus on the exact
challenges that you face everyday and how to overcome them to
achieve maximum success.

Personal Accountability Training Programs
